GET INVERTED

FlyStrong bundle

Using wall-work practice and technical theory, gain basic strength and understanding of handstands.

Leave the wall and bring your handstands into your everyday yoga practice. This plan includes daily homework to deepen your skills and confidence after class.

The final phase of FlyStrong, this plan includes step-by-step progressions into advanced transitions such as pressing to handstand, lowering from handstand to crow, and even how to press back up.

Quest for the Press

Designed for intermediate yogis, this 26-video plan provides practical, step-by-step instructions and progressive routines to help achieve a polished press to handstand. Experience with arm balances is suggested.
