Can you send me another copy of my receipt?
If you have purchased a plan, cannot access your purchase, and have not received a receipt, email in letting us know and we can look a little deeper to see what may have happened.
If you have received a receipt from your purchase but do not see your plan appear in your Training, there may have been some trouble connecting your payment to your plan or bundle subscription; we can definitely get you full access to your purchase! Send us an email letting us know what you see (or don't see!) and we can manually subscribe you to your purchase.
