I bought a plan on Apple TV. How do I access it on other devices?

It is possible to buy plans on Apple TV without creating or being logged into a Cody account; this may be why you are unable to sign in to an account or find your purchases on other devices! No matter, there is most definitely a way to gain access to all of your Apple TV purchases on your other devices.

To access your purchases:

1. Verify you are not signed in to your free Cody app by going to the "Settings" tab. You can find this tab on the top bar of the screen directly next to the "Explore" and "My Training" tabs. Once you're on the Setting page, you will be able to tell if you are signed in with a Cody account or not. 

- If you are signed out, there will be no email address stated on the page - head to step 2 if this is the case!

- If you are signed in with a Cody account, you will see your email address - head to step 5 if this is the case!

2. If you have never created an account with Cody, go ahead and create an account  here, on our website.

3. After you create an account, head back to your Apple TV app! 
4. Once you are back on the Apple TV app, click the "Settings" tab, and then click on "Sign In": you can now log in with the account information created on our  website. If you already have a Cody account, go ahead and log in with your normal account information. Once you’ve logged in, you will see your email address appear directly under our logo.

5. Click the "Restore iTunes Purchases" bar. This button will sync your Cody account with any purchases made while you were logged out of your Apple TV app purchases. You can now access all of your purchases on our website or mobile apps, whenever, and wherever, you wish!
