My payment failed, what do I do?
There may be a few thing occurring if you receive a failed payment notice from Cody! The two most common reasons payment fail are due to insufficient funds, or banks may be the blocking payments due to a number of different reasons.
Here's a few things you can do to try and reactivate your payments:
1) If you believe your card does not have enough funds, or you need to change your credit card information, you can head to our website online at www.codyapp.com and update your form of payment in your payment settings.
To find your payment settings, go ahead and hover over your personal icon in the top right corner of the screen. Here you will see the option to select your "settings". Once in your settings, you should see a "manage payment methods" tab on the left. You will be able to delete and update your forms of payment anytime here. 2) If you know that your credit card is up-to-date with sufficient funds in the account, this is most likely an issue to take up with your bank. Cody has no ability to approve payments that your bank has blocked or marked as "high risk".
The most common reasons a bank may block a payment is because they don't recognize our company and thus disable the payments from going though. Another common reason revolves around international purchases, which your local bank may not recognize and block for security reasons.
If either of these issues occur, a quick call to your local bank can clear up any issues around these payments!
